- The item has not been used, washed, or modified in any way.
- Jewelry and other items that have been altered or do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
- Items marked as non-returnable or received as gifts are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) services, so please ensure return shipping costs are covered and that customs fees (if applicable) are paid.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Details: In your message, describe the reason for the return and attach a photo if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Back Your Return: Once we approve your return, carefully package the item and ship it to the provided return address. Be sure to track your package—we cannot be responsible for items lost in return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Discount Code After 7 Days
If more than 7 days have passed since receiving your item, we cannot offer a full return. However, we would be happy to provide you with a discount code for 20% off your next purchase or a $20 discount (depending on the order value), as a thank-you for your continued support.
